Shipping and Delivery


The preparation of the orders is carried out following the recommendations indicated by the health and safety institutions to always guarantee your safety, that of our team and that of all the intermediary distributors who participate in the process.


  • All orders are prepared and shipped once payment has been made and confirmed, within a maximum period of 24 – 48 hours. Shipments will only be made on weekdays, so orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday. If for reasons beyond our control it is not possible to send your order, you will be notified via email along with the estimated date of shipment.
  • You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been processed correctly. When we have sent your order, you will receive an email with a link to be able to track your order at all times. If you prefer, you can follow up in the Order Tracking section. 
  • Be sure to tell us your phone number and exact address. In the event that your package is returned by the courier company either due to incomplete address, inability to locate you at home or not having been able to contact you by phone for delivery, the costs involved in the forwarding will always be borne by the customer, as well as any customs or local tax expense.
  • It is possible that during promotional periods shipping costs are free, these and other promotions will be clearly indicated in our online store. Remember that, if you subscribe to our Newsletter, you will also enjoy these and other advantages exclusively when they are active.
  • It is possible that on important dates such as Christmas or Black Friday that some shipments suffer a slight delay in delivery. If your order does not arrive in a considerable time, please contact us.
  • In order to keep shipping costs low, the packaging of your order includes a single gift box where inside you will find your jewelry up to a maximum of 3 pieces. If you want to receive more than one gift box, add our “Additional Box” option for just € 1.
  • We ship worldwide*. All our deliveries are made from our logistics center in Rome. Shipping costs vary depending on the place of delivery for the different areas and are calculated automatically. 
  • Sometimes shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional fees and taxes, which in any case will be the responsibility of the buyer. We are committed to carrying out the procedures and preparing the necessary documentation for the corresponding customs management.
