• To make the payment for your order you can use credit or debit cards such as VISA, MasterCard American Express or other international cards. We also accept PayPal, an international payment operator, regardless of whether or not you have a PayPal account.

• The price of all our articles is subject to 22% service charge included in the price.
• If you experience any difficulties or errors when making the payment, please contact Customer Service, we will be happy to help you. But first try this:

 – Use an alternative credit or debit card to the one that is causing the problem.

– Delete the cookies or clear your browser’s cache and try again.

ORDERS

• We prepare your order once the payment is received. We carefully check each of our jewels before sending them, so your order should arrive in perfect condition. If this is not the case, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible, always within the first 48 hours.
• If while you are making your order you have any difficulty browsing through our website, please restart your browser. If the problems continue, contact us and our technical team will help you as soon as possible.
• In the case of having purchased more than one item, in order to guarantee the option of free shipping, optimizing weight and volume, we will include more than one item in the same packaging (up to a maximum of 3 pieces), guaranteeing the protection of each product. If you prefer to receive each of the jewels individually in its box, we have a special option for these cases for only € 1 additional.
